About the Role: We are hiring an HR Manager to lead talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR policies that align with the company’s goals in the shipping industry.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Handle employee grievances and foster an inclusive work environment.
Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend career development paths.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices in the shipping or logistics industry.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft O ce Suite.
