About the Role:
We are hiring an HR Manager to lead talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR policies that align with the company’s goals in the shipping industry.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee grievances and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend career development paths.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft O ce Suite.
