About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant to oversee the financial health of our organization. This role involves managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with f inancial regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Oversee payroll, tax filings, and audits.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Support the finance team in implementing accounting software and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
